Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the BOS-HANOVER, MA area. You will help customers, process transactions, and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, while keeping the store well-merchandised and in stock.

You will also assist with framing sales, learn SOPs, and support safety and shrink programs. This role requires standing for long periods and flexibility for nights, weekends, and mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock, planograms and merchandise recovery; keep store in stock.
• Perform SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and policies.
• Interact respectfully with others; promote Michaels vision and values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
