Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance per SOPs.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
