Michaels Montgomery is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and support store operations. You will help customers find products, handle checkout with accuracy, and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Roles include stock, returns, and participating in BOPIS/SFS processes.

The position emphasizes a safe, efficient, and welcoming store environment, with standards for merchandising, shrink control, and SOP adherence. Training provided.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lifting heavy boxes and reaching shelves may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise to ensure in-stock conditions and strong presentation.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact in a respectful, positive manner.
