Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations to foster teamwork and accountability.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules and assign employees to duties to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise and coordinate activities across store areas or perform work at all levels when needed.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment and complete incident reports as needed.
• Handle cash registers and POS transactions and assist with store operations.
