Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example, maintain positive employee relations, and foster teamwork and accountability.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules and delegate duties to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence and perform work as needed.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education on updates.
• Evaluate performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Help maintain safety procedures and complete incident reports as needed.
• Order merchandise, verify deliveries, and report discrepancies.
• Manage ad displays and ensure product quality and stock levels meet demand.
• Compile and understand managerial data including sales and inventory reports.
