Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees across departments.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor completion.
• Handle customer issues promptly and professionally; ensure friendly service.
• Train staff on store policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and in-store displays; report discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll awareness and assist with cost control andReport accuracy.
