Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise across multiple departments and schedules.

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations store-wide.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee store activities in the Department Manager's absence and assist where needed.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; update on new policies.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or transfers.
• Enforce safety procedures and complete incident reports as needed.
• Handle cash registers and transactions responsibly.
• Suggest cost-saving measures and merchandising adjustments.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing, sales and payroll information.
