Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example to maintain positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Plan and adjust staff schedules; assign duties and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise store activities across departments in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education.
