Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and follow up for timely completion.
• Supervise and coordinate activities across all store areas in the Department Manager's absence.
• Ensure proper customer service and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education on updates.
• Evaluate performance and consider promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
