Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and addressing needs.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees across all departments in the manager's absence.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address issues promptly and professionally.
• Train workers on store policies, department procedures, and job duties.
• Evaluate employee performance and consider promotions or transfers as appropriate.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment; handle injury reports.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory accuracy, and display of product as needed.
• Report to work as scheduled and maintain reliability.
