Hy‑Vee in Altoona, IA seeks a Service Manager to keep the store running smoothly by supervising staff across departments and ensuring standout customer service. You’ll lead scheduling, address issues, and coach employees to deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train teams on policies, uphold safety, and optimize operations from cash handling to displays and payroll basics. A high school diploma and 2+ years of related retail leadership experience are preferred.
