• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence and perform required tasks across roles.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and provide ongoing education on updates.
• Evaluate employee performance and manage promotions, transfers, or dismissals as needed.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment and document incidents.
