Hy-Vee Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to keep the store running smoothly by supervising employees across departments and ensuring prompt, friendly service to customers.

You’ll lead by example, manage schedules, oversee merchandising and compliance, and address issues as they arise in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Lead by example to maintain positive employee relations and a teamwork-focused store culture.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules and assign employees to specific duties.
• Supervise store activities across departments and step in as needed.
• Ensure proper customer service and address issues professionally.
• Train employees on policies, procedures, and safety.
• Evaluate performance and recommend personnel actions such as promotions or transfers.
