Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan and adjust work schedules, assign duties, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise activities across departments in the absence of the Department Manager, or perform work at all levels.
• Train employees on store policies, department procedures, and safety procedures.
• Evaluate performance and recommend personnel actions such as promotions or transfers.
• Represent safety and compliance training; handle incidents and accidents as needed.
• Oversee merchandise orders, deliveries, and display placement; verify quality and quantity.
