Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to join our Boise store team. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations, stepping in as shift lead when needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and knowledge of automotive products. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and you will contribute to a friendly, high-performance retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is advantageous.
• ASE Certification is desired.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom, ensuring program execution.
• Answer the telephone per policy and handle inquiries.
• Process buy online/ship to store and store transfers in a timely manner.
• Handle returns and exchanges, process refunds, and manage accurate payment methods.
