Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and building.
• All other duties as assigned.
