Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the manager's absence and leadership of the customer service team for both retail and professional customers.

Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, RSS certification, and ideally experience in auto parts retail. Bilingual Spanish is highly desired, with several compensation premiums described in the

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and refunds accurately and stage returns properly.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
