Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to supervise a team.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail or auto parts sales experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to company programs.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries per policy to maintain service standards.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders; inform customers on arrivals.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds correctly, and manage returns area.
• Ensure invoicing of merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before shipment.
