Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is necessary.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and customer notifications.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges accurately.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties.
