Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist store management with sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will also assume shift management in the absence of supervisors.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, reflecting the diverse customer base served by our stores. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service, accurate refunds, timely processing of transfers, and maintaining store appearance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure adherence to programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and inter-store transfers promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
