O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also covers shift management in their absence.

The position emphasizes strong communication, multi-language abilities, and teamwork, with a focus on efficient processing of orders, returns, and storefront programs to enhance the shopping experience for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoice merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Delegate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure schedule adherence and proper clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; secure deposits as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
