O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position focuses on leading a team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, managing showroom service, and handling in-store and online order processes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
