Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include supervising showroom customer service, processing online orders and transfers, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desirable ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Answer telephones according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff adheres to posted work schedules and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
