Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Supervisors in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of managers, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, overseeing showroom service programs, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts is desirable.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is beneficial.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and implement service programs.
• Process Buy Online/Ship to Store, hub transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and maintain security procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure compliance with schedules and store policies.
