Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• RSS Certification is a plus.
• Retail sales experience preferred, auto parts background helps.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is beneficial.
• ASE Certification advantageous.
• Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and implement service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
