Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of a manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Desirable: ASE certification and Spanish language ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service and implement service programs.
• Handle store operations duties and shift management in Managers' absence.
