Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required for customer service and team leadership.
• Experience in retail sales within auto parts is highly desirable.
• Fluency in more than one language is a plus, especially Spanish.
• Automotive systems knowledge helpful for advising customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer phones and process store transfers, online orders, and shipments promptly.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure invoices for merchandise including core charges and warranties before shipment.
• Communicate messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members.
