Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may assume shift leadership in the absence of management.

The position emphasizes strong communication, bilingual abilities (Spanish desired), and the ability to process orders, returns, invoicing, and store controls consistent with policy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and ensure correct payment methods are used.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage store opening/closing duties.
• Monitor adherence to posted work schedules, clock-ins/outs, and security procedures.
