Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Previous retail experience in auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems are preferred but not mandatory,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts (desired).
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure all store operations, including opening/closing duties and bank deposits, are performed per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure returns, refunds, invoicing, and merchandising tasks are handled efficiently.
