Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and ensuring all transactions and transfers are completed efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, RSS certification, and retail experience, with bilingual abilities encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience a plus and bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute on service programs.
• Answer the telephone according to policy and manage store transfers and orders.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store and communicate Zipline messages.
