Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may take shift management duties when the managers are absent.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• ASE Certification is a desirable credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately with proper payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties, security procedures, and day-end procedures.
