Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may also assume shift management in their absence. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the team to deliver excellent customer service, managing showroom programs, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing while maintaining store standards and security.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Experience in auto parts retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee showroom customer service programs and performance.
• Answer phones per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers; notify customers on shipment.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and refunds accurately.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties.
• Assign tasks and ensure compliance with schedules.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
