Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also assumes shift management in the absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position involves leading showroom customer service, overseeing program execution, processing store transfers and online orders, handling returns, invoicing merchandise, and ensuring security and scheduling

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and oversee key programs.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and inter-store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed accurately and refunds issued correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
