Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of supervisors and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising and service programs.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Candidates with automotive knowledge and ASE certification are preferred, with growth opportunities within a well-established retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
