Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management when managers are absent and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising showroom service levels, handling store communications, and ensuring accurate processing of orders, returns, and deposits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Must obtain RSS Certification.
• Experience in auto parts retail is desirable.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute on programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and store transfers promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
