Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification is desired.
• Retail sales experience is preferred for auto parts roles.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is advantageous.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy and orders are processed promptly.
• Manage shift coverage in the absence of Store leadership and support store operations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
