Total Wine & More is hiring a Supervisor in Vacaville to support management in growing the company brand and delivering best‑in‑class service. You will work with service, merchandising, and front‑end teams to drive sales, train staff, and uphold KPIs while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role requires leadership in a retail setting, strong customer service, and the ability to coach peers, with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal and team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws governing alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
