Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support management in growing our brand and delivering best-in-class service. You will supervise store operations, lead a service-focused team, and drive KPIs while ensuring compliance and safety in a dynamic retail environment.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, coach peers, and coordinate training to enhance sales skills. Superior interpersonal skills and flexibility to work evenings/weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years retail experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; able to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front‑end operations.
• Lead by example to deliver best‑in‑class customer service and knowledge-based selling.
• Supervise staff, train and develop teams; ensure product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol laws and store safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
