Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support management in growing the company brand and delivering best‑in‑class service. You will lead a service team, drive sales, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment while coaching staff on product knowledge and customer interactions.

You will report to store management and contribute to KPIs, training initiatives, and a welcoming store atmosphere. Evening and weekend availability is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory role within retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to drive sales.
