Total Wine & More in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, help grow our brand, and foster a knowledgeable, service‑driven atmosphere around our wide selection of adult beverages.

You will supervise team members, coach peers, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, drive KPIs, handle customer issues, and maintain a clean, safe store while delivering best‑in‑class service to guests. This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front‑end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
