O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of management, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes leading teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing daily store functions, including returns, invoicing, and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephones per company policy and manage store operations.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC adds, and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out compliance.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
