Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute service programs.
• Ensure phone calls are answered per policy and orders/transfers are processed timely.
• Handle returns, refunds, and invoicing accurately; manage merchandising tasks.
• Verify daily opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with schedules and company policies; miscellaneous duties as assigned.
