Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, service, appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Retail sales experience preferred, auto parts a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team executes programs.
• Ensure phones are answered according to policy and orders are processed timely.
• Manage day end procedures, deposits, and secure the store after hours.
• All other duties as assigned.
