Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of the Store Manager.

We encourage bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, to apply. You will lead a team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers and ensure store standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail automotive sales experience is a plus.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is desired.
• Experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor.
• Answer phones according to company policy.
• Process buy online / ship to store and store transfers.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Other duties as assigned.
