Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and ASE/RSS certifications are beneficial. You will lead a team, oversee customer service programs, manage phone coverage, and ensure proper invoicing and returns

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer telephone per policy and manage inquiries.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure invoicing before product leaves the store and oversee daily opening/closing duties.
