Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service and store programs execution.
• Process BOPIS, transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately.
• Invoice merchandise, core charges, and warranties prior to checkout.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to work schedule and attendance policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and building.
• All other duties as assigned.
