Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Handle telephone according to policy.
• Process ship-to-store, hub and store-to-store transfers promptly.
• Manage special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedules are followed and deposits are secured.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
