Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure planogram/ programs execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using the electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently; issue refunds with correct payment methods; stage returned merchandise properly.
• Ensure merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clocks in/out per policy and adhere to posted work schedules.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, prepare deposits, verify night security and lock/unlock doors.
• All other duties as assigned.
