Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Florida to support the Store Manager and assist with store operations and shift management in the absence of leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role requires leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service, managing order processing and returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and adherence to policies. Growth opportunities exist within a stable, proven retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer the telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers of shipments.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedures.
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately, refunding using correct payment methods.
