Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position may assume shift management in the absence of supervision.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role emphasizes leading customer service, handling showroom operations, and ensuring efficient processing of orders, returns, and store tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, ASE Certification, bilingual Spanish would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team executes customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and purchases/transactions are processed timely.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the ledger and procedures.
• Process returns/exchanges accurately and ensure proper invoicing and staging of merchandise.
